Refugee Operations Manager with Security Clearance

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below * Manage and supervise all refugee processing activities at the RPC, including recruitment, training, and management of RefOps staff. * Review and analyze reports, records, and directives to plan RefOps activities, assigning responsibilities as necessary. * Provide guidance, resolve issues, establish schedules, and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of work. * Offer technical expertise on refugee processing Operational Deliverables and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring adherence to policies and regulations. * Maintain awareness of RPC, RSC, and RA and other USRAP partner policies, plans, and initiatives impacting RefOps activities. * Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss refugee processing challenges and systems changes. * Collaborate with RPC leadership and PRM counterparts to support mission objectives. * Monitor RefOps activities, processing velocity, staffing, and staff performance, preparing reports for management. * Make recommendations to improve procedures and practices to enhance efficiencies. * Monitor standards for quality control and configuration management, evaluating RefOps performance and providing guidance as needed. Education, Requirements and Qualifications * Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance is required. * Master's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience is required. * Minimum of five (5) years of progressive management experience. * At least ten (10) years of hands-on experience in similar work. * Ability to prepare various reports and documents for internal and external use. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Familiarity with USRAP policies, standards, and processes. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
