ATS consultants work directly with clients to understand key elements of client business processes and then work onsite to implement and operate Unison software products and service offerings by performing key tasks. Unison consultants: • Help drive successful operation of Unison’s Contracts product suite by delivering high-quality advisory and support services to government clients

Employees also enjoy an attractive and competitive benefits package. Initially, in this position, the consultant will split time between two projects. For half of the time, the consultant will be the PRISM system expert assisting a new REQMOD implemented project, while the second half will be assisting the PRISM Helpdesk. For the REQMOD implementation project you will be reporting to the Government PM and will be tasked with:
• Reviewing the error logs for documents that didn’t successfully transmit to PRISM and reaching out to users with steps to resolve
• Assisting the Government PM/REQMOD team on new Enhancements/Fixes for REQMOD that affect PRISM • Creating Test Plans and Testing Enhancements/Fixes that affect PRISM
• Answering any PRISM related questions and assisting the GEO-F Helpdesk/REQMOD with PRISM related questions
For the second half, the consultant will work with the PRISM Helpdesk team and will be tasked with:
• Answering Email tickets/Questions/Phone Calls
• Assisting with Configuration Change Board
• Assisting/Conducting PRISM Training Experience, Skills/Abilities, and Education: • One or more years’ experience supporting software solutions such as acquisition systems for government, preferred
• Ability to work with multiple teams and has strong communication skills
• Experience in developing SQL queries, preferred
• Experience in testing, training, configuration management, and organizational change management, preferred
• Experience in functional implementation and/or maintenance of financial system interfaces, preferred
• Self-starter, quick learner, problem solver, and team player
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• A BA or BS degree, or currently working towards a degree, required Qualified candidates will need to be able to commute to and traverse throughout the work facility located in Springfield, VA. . Candidates will also need to go to Dulles, VA Headquarters as needed. Clearance:
TS/SCI required. Must pass polygraph at CI level.
