***US Citizenship is required for this role. Candidates for consideration must EITHER have a Secret OR Top-Secret Clearance and be able to sit onsite in Colorado Springs, CO *** Our tightly integrated software development team is seeking a Configuration Manager to work onsite at Colorado Springs, CO location. Following modern architectural strategies, you will work hands-on with new, as well as maintain existing, technologies in a rapid agile environment. Your direct efforts will continuously enable defensive cyber solutions to protect, defend, and respond to both ground and space based cyber adversarial threats. * As a Configuration Manager with IBM, your development activities at the Cyber Operations Branch program office adhere to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
* This program office personifies DevSecOps which automates the integration of security at every phase of the software development lifecycle from initial design, through integration, testing, deployment, and software delivery.
* These development efforts shall result in two deployable defensive cyber solutions to protect, defend, and respond to USSF mission systems.

* Experience in at least two of the following: React, Angular, Python, JavaScript, CSS, & HTML, Databases, SQL, Gitlab, or Artifactory.
* Security Clearance - Pre-existing, Active DoD Secret Clearance.
* Certifications * SAFe for Teams Certification.
* Must be willing to obtain AWS certification (with the expectation of attaining AWS DevOps Engineer certification within 6 months of start date).
* Bachelor's degree and 4 years related professional experience. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise * Master's degree and 2 years' related professional experience.
* Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience in Space Systems Command * Experience with Cyber Operations Branch (SSC/SZYO) program office.
