BAE Systems is seeking a talented Systems Engineer with experience across multiple engineering disciplines to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in creating and managing product requirements at the system level, along with proficiency in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and excellent communication skills to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires performing technical planning, system integration, verification and validation background. Requirements also include strong and effective communication with internal and external customers, serving as a liaison to address technical inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. This will also include creating and developing various documents including statements of work, performance work specifications, proposals, plans, and procedures. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility as well as remotely, when applicable. * Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status* Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Must be able to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance within first year of employment.
* Develop and manage product requirements at the system level, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project objectives.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, serving as a liaison to address technical inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Create and develop various documents including statements of work, performance work specifications, proposals, plans, and procedures.
* Manage software and document product configurations to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient workflow.
* Familiarity with Model Based Engineering software, processes, and development methodologies. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Speak, read, or understand the Japanese language and business culture. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
