If you have at least 5 years of experience servicing construction, heavy duty equipment, or earth moving equipment, and are interested in working a mobile position traveling to local customer sites , Elliott & Frantz wants to hear from you Any diesel engine certifications are a plus
Why skilled Mechanics join the E&F team:
- Competitive pay : Between $45 - $50/hr, based on experience. You can earn between $93,600 - $112,000 in your first year, paid hourly including overtime.
- Outstanding benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, education reimbursement, bool and tool allowance, laptops provided to all technicians, and more
- Desirable Monday - Friday daytime schedule Shop hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm. Weekend and overnight work are subject to workload.
- Working on product lines you know such as Hitachi, Kleemann, Hamm, Vögele, Terex, Wirtgen, Gradall, and more.
- Training and professional development : Ellio t t & Frantz will send you out to world class in-person OEM factory training from dealers like Wirtgen in Nashville and Hitachi in Atlanta so you can sharpen and expand your skillset, plus opportunities for online OEM training and classes E&F will fully pass for your classes, travel, and accommodations. Because Elliott & Frantz wants to invest in your success, y ou’ll receive thousands of dollars of the best classes in the world at no cost to you.
- Opportunities to advance : You will be able to train up to a Master Technician, plus have opportunities to become a Service Foreman and other lead roles for the right individual.
