RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday HCM Core in Altamonte Springs, FL - typically 3 days a week (Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday) on site and at least onsite 3 weeks out of 4 weeks. The contract would be 8 months with possible extension of 6-8 months.Summary:The client is currently yon PeopleSoft, so any expertise that crosses between the two would be most helpful. They are in the middle of Phase 1 testing and are potentially looking at adding 1-2 additional resources to work with our Workday project team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Consultant experience preferred for individuals to onboard quickly and successfully with us would include:
  • Has workday HCM HR configuration experience
  • Has workday HCM HR conversion Load experience
  • Has Workday HCM Conversion Mapping experience (how to do design the mapping form legacy systems to Workday)
  • Example: Strong understanding of Workday supervisory org structures, job profiles and position structures and how to facilitate the conversion into these structures
Preferred Skills:
  • PeopleSoft to Workday HCM conversion experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
