Job Details for the Press Brake Machinist:
  • Schedule: 1st and 2nd shifts available, 6am-2:30pm and 2pm-10:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $20-22/hr paid weekly
  • Temp-to-Perm opportunity with Health benefits & Wellness Program
Job Responsibilities & Description for the Press Brake Machinist:
  • Set up and operate Press Brake machines to produce high-precision parts according to specifications.
  • Program and adjust machine settings to achieve desired dimensions and tolerances.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and corrective actions to address machine or process issues.
  • Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and drawings to ensure accurate production outcomes.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on Press Brake machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve production goals.
  • Maintain organized production records, including setup sheets, routing tags, and quality checks.
Job Requirements for the Press Brake Machinist:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating and programming Press Brake machines in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Demonstrated ability to set up and adjust Press Brake tooling and programs for various materials and part specifications.
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and process issues related to Press Brake operations.
  • Must be willing to complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
