Adecco is hiring immediately for CNC Machinist in Newport News, VA. In this role, you will produce sheet metal parts by operating CNC laser machines, set up and maintain equipment, manage material handling, edit G code, and ensure accuracy using blueprints and precision measuring tools, all while collaborating with team members in a fast-paced environment and maintaining safety and cleanliness.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • 3-4 years of experience with setup, G code programing and operation of CNC Laser Machines

  • CNC experience in various production areas, including laser setup, punch press setup, and press brake setup

  • Experience with automated material handling equipment

  • Ability to read blueprints, rough sketches, and customer samples for prototype production

  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
