Mitigation Project Manager Job Details:
  • Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm + on-call
  • Pay Rate: $50,000 - $65,000

Job Description for Mitigation Project Manager:

- Primary POC for customers ensure timely and profitable delivery of services recovering property to pre-loss condition

- Oversee and manage multiple mitigation projects

- Write the scope of work and generate estimates

- Develop and maintain project schedules

- Manage budget sheets, materials and labor costs

- Inspect job sites with frequency to verify scope of work performed to standards and work is in line with projected timeline

Job Requirements for Mitigation Project Manager:

- 3+ years of experience in construction or restoration supervising crews.

- IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification.

- Valid driver's license
