Lifeway Mobility , a leader in an accessibility solutions, is seeking skilled Field Install Technicians to join their team in Shrewsbury, MA .
If you have any hands-on mechanical experience (automotive, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, installation etc.) or any in-home installation experience (cable, appliance, etc.), and can lift up to 75lbs, this is your start to a fulfilling career
Why Field Install Technicians join the Lifeway team:
- Competitive pay : Starting at $25/hr, with a clear path for wage increases up to $28/hr in your first year. You can expect to earn between $52,000 - $58,000 in your first year

- All tools are provided by Lifeway Mobility
- Clear path for advancement : There is a clear path for career growth at Lifeway Mobility. All new technicians start out as trainees while they grow their skillset. You will have the opportunity to be promoted into higher level Technician roles, as well as mentor and trainer roles - all of which will earn you increased wages
- Monday - Friday daytime schedule Some overtime opportunities are available on Saturdays to earn more but are not required.
- Install and repair accessibility products including wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and more
- Explain the project to the customer and answer questions
- Enter work order and inventory data in the Lifeway computer system
- Receive manufacturer training and on-the-job training (paid time)
- Pick up and load company vehicle at the Shrewsbury location each morning
- Work on jobs throughout the Greater Boston and Southern NH areas
- No overnight travel, occasional Saturday overtime
- Work independently or as part of a two-person team
