Leading Hospitality organization in Costa Mesa is adding a Construction Coordinator to their Construction department. Must have experience with Architecture or Commercial Construction. This role is onsite in Costa Mesa. This is a Temp possible Temp-Hire opportunity. This ROLE IS NOT REMOTE

The Construction Services Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Senior Tenant Construction Manager with construction-related activities and ensuring quality control of all construction projects.
* Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
* Experience with budgeting and cost control
* Possess a good understanding of utilities and metering and create a utility plan
* Follow up on punch list completion
* Understand and perform site audits for safety and jobsite compliance
* Photograph and document daily progress of job sites
* Bid out base building projects, following up on submissions and scope gaps
* Format and submit capital improvement requests
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
* 2-5 years commercial construction experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Microsoft Project a plus
