We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment, preferably with proficiency in Microsoft Office. You should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project controls requirements, construction documentation, and contract management principles. They should also be familiar with budgeting processes and financial analysis techniques. A background in engineering or a related field would be highly beneficial but not necessary.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
