Star Dental, a DENTALEZ company, is seeking a hands-on Site Leader to join their team in Lancaster, PA. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing all aspects and functions of their manufacturing facility and must have a vision for the desired future state of the business unit and commitment to attain it

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of management experience within precision instruments manufacturing/production environment; experience in plastics/molding or FDA regulated environment a plus.
  • Lean manufacturing experience with exposure to Six Sigma required; certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field preferred
Job responsibilities:
  • Responsible for safety, quality, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, cost improvement, and employee engagement at the manufacturing facility
  • Oversee all manufacturing and support operations to ensure production meets the required deadlines, quality standards, and is completed within the operational budget
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and customer service to provide best in class products, service, and response
  • Lead in the development of a problem-solving culture
  • Champion continuous improvement efforts by finding root causes, issuing corrective actions, and implementing refined operating processes
