Enterprise Value Stream Manager

Kimberly-Clark is looking for an ambitious, self-driven and talented individual to be responsible for Washroom end-to-end Value Streams strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation across the product lifecycle.
In this role, you will:
Value stream optimization
Leverage sector Value Stream strategies and technology roadmaps to implement advantaged actions and initiatives to accelerate value delivery by improving efficiency, reducing cost and driving consumer value.
Must have a strategic global mindset with the ability to dimension business case/value delivery out of qualitative, disparate data points within many layers of the organization
Orchestrate GSC teams to Advance, Innovate and design for the sector value streams
Work closely with various departments of the business (e.g., Operations, R&D, Sales, and Marketing) to improve the overall Value Stream
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and create top level initiatives to drive end-to-end value stream for the sector.
Drive robustness in make versus buy analysis with ECM and internal partners, while ensuring strong capital efficiency
Strong commercial partnership and understanding of the customers and consumers to ensure the supply chain can deliver as expected
Support sourcing strategy, ensure business continuity, and negotiation leverage
Defines / manages definition of Target Condition, benchmarks vs Current Condition and develops gap closure plans.
Goal setting and performance management
Bring the outside in, ensure competitive understanding, industry benchmarks and global internal capabilities
Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the sector Value Streams, including metrics related to cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Identify and mitigate risks within the Value Stream, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
New product and process innovation
Drive the manufacturing technology advancement roadmap, understand global asset capabilities and needs, align to the innovation roadmap, the asset strategy and process advancements.
Collaborate with R&D, Product Development and Capital Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new products / systems into the Value Stream

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
10+ years of experience in operations management within the CPG/B2B industry, with a proven track record of driving process improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Experience in end-to-end cost optimization and innovation cycles.
Effective, consistent global communications and stakeholder management skills
Global operations experience, including familiarity with international manufacturing and supply chain practices
Proven application of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
Willingness to travel for on-site assessments and collaboration with segments and sectors globally
