We are seeking candidates for Production Worker roles on 1st shift. Hours for this position are from 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities ranges between $18.50-$20.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information.
What you will do as a Production Worker: 
  • Load and unload product onto a constantly moving overhead conveyor
  • Unpackage and prep material for loading
  • Inspect parts for damage
  • Read prints and determine the racking location and paint coverage areas
  • Repackage finished material and prepare for shipment
  • Perform online quality control procedures and document outcomes
  • Use hand power tools to prep and/or repair defective material
  • Maintain a clean working environment and participate in regularly planned maintenance activities
  • Prepare outbound shipments for customer pick-up
  • Work with truck drivers to load and unload trucks as needed
  • Receive incoming customer materials
  • Receive incoming shop supplies and paint
What you need to be a Production Worker: 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic math and conversion skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work as a team or independently
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, on a constantly moving production line
  • Ability to or willingness to operate a fork truck
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations #WorkNow
