Job Description:

Dulles Insurance Services (Erie Insurance), voted Best Agency in Loudoun multiple years, is growing and ready to add an additional Personal Lines Sales Agent to our team. We are Dave Ramsey Trusted Insurance Professionals. EXPERIENCE is REQUIRED (1 year minimum). This is a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for a licensed personal lines agent who is State Farm, Allstate, or another insurance agency and is looking for a better opportunity.

The Personal Lines Sales Agent is responsible for gathering and analyzing prospects' needs, evaluating options, and offering tailored insurance solutions. This candidate must have the heart of a teacher, love helping others, and being a part of an exciting and enthusiastic team.

Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 based on experience. In addition, bonuses and commissions are available.

Job Type: full-time, in-office/remote/hybrid depending on agreement.

License: a valid Property Casualty insurance license is REQUIRED
