Assistant Program DirectorThe Assistant Program Director works alongside the franchise owner (Area Developer) to Help Kids Succeed in Life Through Sports The Assistant Program Director manages the day-to-day operation of the local sports franchise including onsite marketing, coach recruitment, oversight of game-day operations, and customer service. In their role, the Program Director ensures the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated. What does your company do?ResponsibilitiesManage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coachesBe a driver of infectious ENERGYServe as a lead for all venue-wide communicationsDevelop rosters, schedules, and programming for various sportsOversee the daily operations of youth sports leagues, camps, and clinicsConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skillsRecruit Volunteer CoachesAnalyze and assess equipment needsOrganize and maintain warehouse organizationPrepare for upcoming seasonsQualificationsExcellent communication & organization skillsHighly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problemsMust love order and organizationAwareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of playersPositive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationshipsAbility to work a varied work schedule including some nights and weekendsMust be able to pass a National Criminal Background CheckProficient administrative computer skillsEach franchised location is independently owned and operated and is solely and exclusively responsible for determining local hiring decisions, compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.Flexible work from home options available.Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourWith over 3.5 million registrations in communities across the country, i9 Sports is the nation's largest multi-sport provider focused solely on high-quality, community-based youth sports programs.
