Lead recruitment efforts for hourly rolesposting, screening, interviewing, and onboardingwhile supporting compliance with hiring protocols. Manage HR processes in Workday, including employment changes, evaluations, and communication tools. Facilitate orientation, track safety certifications, and assist in promoting wellness and benefit programs. Coordinate associate relations efforts, benefits support, recognition programs, and HR reporting needs.What We Are Looking For: At least 2 years of HR or administrative experience to effectively manage daily HR operations and systems. Customer service background, essential for resolving associate concerns with professionalism and care. Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office to create reports, presentations, and maintain accurate records. Recruiting experience preferred, supporting a seamless and effective hiring process from outreach to onboarding. Bilingual skills and HR certification (preferred) enhance communication and add credibility in a diverse, compliance-driven setting.Why Atrium? Hear it from Sofia B.
