As a Pharmacist at Heartland Pharmacy, you play a critical role in delivering our purpose and modeling our values. Your interactions with patients are essential, and we treat them like family—always listening and taking a proactive approach to their health. Here are your key responsibilities:


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and safe delivery of medications to patients.
  • Provide personalized, best-in-class expertise.
  • Demonstrate genuine care and authenticity.
  • Oversee pharmacy operations, including professional practice, patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory, financial profitability, and loss prevention.
  • Keep customers and patients healthy through patient care programs.
  • Lead with empathy and compassion, motivating and developing your Pharmacy Support Staff.
  • Identify business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Adapt to change and collaborate for better outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture.


Required Qualifications:

  • Active Pharmacy License in Arkansas.
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
  • Immunization Certification (e.g., APhA).
  • No pending felony charges related to controlled substances.

  • Background in Independent Pharmacies
