The Admin/Social Media Assistant's role is to help update our inventory catalog of rugs and consolidate our records while occasionally filming and posting content on the Instagram page. Responsibilities include:


-Naming/filing photos, adjusting rug images, creating tearsheets, invoices, and other documents

-Managing inventory operations and spreadsheets

-General data entry: i.e., old contacts, invoices, catalog

-Drafting and filing invoices

-Actively create and manage JRC's marketing content on social media platforms by capturing short-form videos, images, and story posts, utilizing hashtags, and facilitating social media engagement.


What we're looking for:

-Computer literate and comfortable using the Mac OS system

-Experienced in photo editing tools like Photoshop and Lightroom

-Past social media content creation experience for small businesses (specifically interior design or rug industry experience a major plus)

-Confident and professional in engaging with clients via phone, e-mail, and in-person.

-Ability to multi-task and juggle several projects at once.

-Interest in interior design and carpets


Monday-Friday from 9am - 5pm

35 hours per week.

Pay: $20 per hour
