Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Clinical Trial Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and management of our clinical trials, ensuring they are conducted with the highest quality and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in cellular therapy and be enthusiastic about working onsite with our collaborative team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of clinical trials, from study design to closeout.
  • Develop and implement trial protocols, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company objectives.
  • Oversee site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, regulatory, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless trial execution.
  • Manage relationships with clinical research organizations (CROs), investigators, and other external partners.
  • Monitor trial progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present trial updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FDA, ICH, and GCP guidelines.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical trial management, with a focus on cellular therapy.
  • MUST HAVE 10 years of industry experience in a small/mid-sized biotech environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex clinical trials.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical trial design, implementation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite in our Boston office.
