Responsibilities:
  • Inbound calls, emails, processing
  • Answer telephone
  • Learn the basics of Accounting System-Great Plains, MS Suite to look up tracking and orders
  • Mailing invoices
  • Data Entry for other departments
  • File /scan orders for files
Essentials -
  • 1-2 years in customer service
  • 1-2 years of experience in Data entry
  • Experience with MS Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with an accounting software is a plus
