We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of upcoming projects. The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing project planning, execution, and successful completion. This multifaceted role demands a blend of strong leadership, technical expertise, project management acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable to change, and proficient in project management tools like MS Project and Microsoft Teams. The Project Manager will work closely with diverse project teams, analyzing progress, implementing solutions, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. The primary objective is to achieve project efficiency and deliverables within budget, while staying at the forefront of industry best practices.


5-15 years of experience in vertical construction required.


Job requirements

· Must possess a high level of construction knowledge. Must be able to read and interpret plans, think ahead in production, and anticipate timelines.

· Must possess exceptional organizational skills to manage people, multiple tasks, resources, and deadlines effectively.

· Must be an excellent communicator to interact with team members, subcontractors, clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders. This includes written and verbal skills.

· Must be diligent about risk management on the jobsite. The ability to identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

· Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make considerate decisions quickly to address issues and challenges that arise during the day.

· Must be an effective leader in team management to motivate project teams and ensure deadlines are met.

Skills Required and Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Management:

  • Choose and implement appropriate project management tools, methods, and applications.
  • Equip the project team with essential resources, including time, budget, communication, and technological support.
  • Coordinate and align team activities to meet project deadlines.

Progress Monitoring:

  • Regularly monitor project progress and proactively identify and address issues before they reach critical stages.
  • Utilize root cause analysis techniques, such as Pareto analysis, to dissect and resolve project challenges.

Resource Optimization:

  • Ensure project teams are well-equipped with the necessary resources to maximize efficiency.
  • Manage and coordinate resource allocation to maintain smooth project operations.

Effective Communication:

  • Foster clear and open communication with project stakeholders.
  • Maintain a transparent flow of project updates and status reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to address issues and ensure a harmonious working environment.

Continuous Learning and Best Practices:

  • Stay updated on the latest industry best practices.
  • Attend training courses and workshops to enhance skills and expertise.
  • Promote innovative solutions and improved project management methodologies.


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, or a related field (Master's preferred) or proven experience as a Project Manager, with 5-10 years in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Bluebeam, and Team Foundation Server.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project dynamics.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check
