Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:
  • full cycle accounts payable processing of up to 200 -300 invoices
  • coding invoices after approval process
  • weekly check runs
  • processing accruals and journal entries
  • Assist with month-end close processes related to accounts payable
  • Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving payment issues
  • Maintaining vendor records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications for Accounts Payable Specialist Applicants: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
  • Proficiency with NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
