Role Overview: As we continue to grow, we are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and enhance our operations across multiple locations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our service delivery, optimizing efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and streamline operations to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of regional managers and supervisors.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the janitorial or facilities management industry.
- Strong understanding of janitorial operations, including best practices and industry standards.
- Exceptional organizational and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed across NYC, New Jersey, Long Island, Connecticut, and Florida.
