Comfortable with working in a construction environment?We're hiring for an AeroBarrier Field Technician to be based near the Providence, RI areaThe duties will include but not be limited to:Work with Project Manager to prepare the home (job site) for AeroBarrier services to be performedPrep includes, but isn't limited to, taping around operable windows, doors, air vents, light cut outs etc.Assist in unloading and loading equipment required for each job siteComplete daily Equipment Check and Vehicle Inspection formsParticipate in training/retraining programs as necessaryComply with all designated safety policies and procedures in the work area, including the use of applicable protective equipment when necessary to prevent injuryUnderstand and comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and company policiesAll safety guidelines must be strictly followed at all times.Maintain a clean and orderly environmentProfessionally represent AeroBarrier and provide exceptional service to all clients, vendors, and business partnersDuties outlined herein are intended to be the minimum duties expected of you by AeroBarrier. You are expected to use your discretion to expand upon these duties to ensure that your job mandate is met and that your performance is such that the general spirit and intent of the duties outlined above are completed as required. Reports to Project Manager and Branch ManagerExperience You'll Need to Do It:We will train you No AeroBarrier or air sealing experience necessary.High school diploma or GED - New graduates welcomed and encouraged to applyValid driver's licenseDue to the nature of federal and government contracts, candidate must be able to pass a background check, including drug screening, prior to hire.Requirements:Positive attitude and strong work ethicValid Driver's License and a clean background required (3 years)Willingness to travel regionally as neededMust be able to lift at least 60 lbsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesThe estimated pay range for this role is $45,000 to $60,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.This position comes with a chance and expectation for you to further your understanding of building science, and the opportunity to grow within the organization.
