Join us today and apply nowThe Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:Moloco is seeking an experienced communications leader to build and execute our global communications strategy and programs. As Moloco continues to rapidly grow and add prominent customers, strong talent, and new technology capabilities, we are looking for an experienced communication executive who can help us shape our external narrative and share our story with the discipline of a public company while building thoughtful internal communication programs that engage our global employees.This role requires an experienced leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on executionsomeone equally comfortable crafting narratives, coaching leaders, developing content partnerships, pitching journalists and influencers directly, and managing complex agency partnerships across multiple markets. We're seeking a strong storyteller that believes that internal and external communications are two sides of the same coin.In this role, you will go beyond traditional PR to create an innovative and holistic approach to corporate storytelling. You'll build direct-to-audience channels and cultivate trusted communities across platforms. You will shape and amplify narratives through integrated campaigns that blend media engagement, marketing, and data-driven insightsprioritizing authenticity, transparency, and human-centered storytelling. By leveraging executive thought leadership, platform-native content, and strategic partnerships, you will ensure the company's voice resonates with stakeholders.The role will partner closely with our senior leadership team and report to Moloco's CMO.The Opportunity:Build our communications strategy and lead our global external and internal communications programs with the goal of elevating Moloco's presence and reputation with key stakeholders.Partner closely with the leadership team on communication narratives and strategy and coach the leadership team on the most effective ways to share Moloco's story with the world.Build a modern global external communication strategy that thoughtfully combines earned media, owned content platforms, social and influencer engagement, and content and storytelling partnerships.Design and implement internal communications programs that connect employees across regions and reinforce culture and strategy.Manage and optimize relationships with agencies across multiple markets, ensuring consistent messaging while adapting to local market dynamics.Personally write and edit high-stakes communications including executive speeches, op-eds, crisis statements, and strategic announcements.Navigate cultural and regulatory differences in communications approaches across North America, EMEA, APAC, and other key regions.Oversee reputation-critical communications and serve as primary spokesperson when needed.Build and mentor a lean, high-performing global communications team.How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?12+ years of strategic communications experience with minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles as a VP of communications or Chief Communications Officer.Proven experience leading communications for a publicly traded company, including SEC filing requirements, material disclosures, and investor communications including quarterly earnings announcements.Demonstrated B2B communications expertise, with ability to reach technical buyers, business decision-makers, and C-suite executives.Track record of leading both internal and external communications functions as an integrated discipline.Global communications leadership experience with demonstrated understanding of regional media landscapes, cultural nuances, and local market dynamics.Active practitioner skills: exceptional writing ability, current media relationships, and willingness to personally execute high-priority initiatives.AI Fluency and curiosity: As an AI company, help us build a communications function that best leverages new AI practices and tools.Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only):In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
