Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/buprenorphine. We pride ourselves in supporting our patients’ medical and personal recoveries from substance use disorder. Starting our fight against the opioid addiction crisis in 2005, Crossroads has remained physician-led and patient-focused as we’ve grown to 100+ clinics across nine states.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide consultation, instruction, and clinical supervision to clinical staff providing counseling services.
- Review and cosign all treatment plans and other required clinical documentation.
- Oversee all Patient Screening, Assessment, and Admission services.
- Ensure that all individual treatment plans are compliant.
- Ensure that all Discharge and Aftercare Plans are compliant.
- Work with medical staff to ensure a safe but effective dosing regimen for all patients.
- Ensure compliance regarding all take-home medication.
- Ensure charting/documentation compliance.
- Ensure the proper and timely collection of all UDS screens.
- Establish, maintain, and oversee a clinical treatment team and its operation.
- Assist with the clinical Quality Assurance team; this team also addresses Quality Improvement issues.
- Assist with the clinical aspect of CARF requirements.
- Monitor and address, where needed, the day-to-day clinical aspects/needs of the program.
- Address/oversee Patient Rights, Responsibilities, and Complaints.
- Be aware of changes to regulations, available training opportunities, and other information impacting service delivery.

Education and/or Experience:- Master’s Level Degree (or equivalent) and/or minimum of five (5) years of experience working in addictions treatment.
- Must be an active SC Clinical Supervisor (CS) + hold one of the following active SC licenses: LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LISW - CP, or LISW - AP.
- Must have at least one year of supervisory and administrative experience in the field of substance abuse treatment.
