Seller Growth StrategistThe Seller Growth Strategist is a key member of the marketing team responsible for helping new and existing sellers thrive on TrulyFree.com. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and brand development helping brands seamlessly integrate, optimize, and grow their presence within the Truly Free ecosystem.You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing and the Sales team to onboard new brands, build their storefronts, optimize listings, craft high-converting offers, and leverage affiliate and influencer partnerships to drive revenue growth.Brand Onboarding & Store SetupPartner with the sales team to onboard new brands onto the Truly Free marketplace.Integrate Shopify stores and ensure smooth technical setup for each brand's "Eco Storefront."Guide sellers through product listing optimization, imagery, and copywriting for maximum conversion.Build high-converting storefronts that reflect each brand's identity while aligning with Truly Free's sustainability mission.Brand Relationship ManagementServe as the main point of contact and advocate for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with Truly Free's values and long-term success on the platform.Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic planning sessions with sellers to identify opportunities for growth and brand visibility.Proactively address performance issues, helping brands pivot or optimize before problems arise.Growth & Offer OptimizationCollaborate with sellers to develop, test, and refine high-performing offers, bundles, and promotions.Analyze performance data to recommend pricing, merchandising, and conversion optimization strategies.Educate sellers on best practices for e-commerce growth and campaign effectiveness.Affiliate & Influencer GrowthSupport the recruitment and management of affiliate and influencer partners to amplify brand reach.Help sellers use digital credits to fund influencer promotions and affiliate commissions.Facilitate programs that reward sellers with Talents (digital coins) for engagement and platform growth.Build and nurture relationships with key affiliates and partners to accelerate performance.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Director of Marketing, Sales, and Tech teams to drive consistent seller success.Gather and relay seller feedback to inform marketing strategies and platform improvements.Serve as a trusted advisor to sellers, helping them achieve growth through actionable insights and data.QualificationsRequired:35 years of experience in e-commerce growth, brand management, or digital sales strategy.Proven success with Shopify, DTC growth tactics, or online marketplaces.Knowledge of affiliate marketing, influencer management, and digital offer creation.Exceptional communication, client success, and project management skills.Passion for sustainability and mission-driven commerce.Preferred:Experience working with a multi-seller or marketplace platform (e.g., Etsy, Amazon, Faire, etc.).Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Airtable, Klaviyo, etc.).Understanding of conversion rate optimization and funnel performance.A creative yet data-informed approach to brand growth.Why Join Truly FreeJoin a mission-driven team redefining what conscious commerce looks like.Play a pivotal role in scaling a platform that rewards impact and transparency.Collaborate with innovative eco-brands and passionate changemakers.
