We're adding an Inventory Control Analyst for our Beverage business based in Las Vegas who will work hand in hand with Ghost Beverage operations and logistics leaders. Responsible for the accurate and timely transaction of all inbound and outbound inventory movements for raw materials, packaging and finished goods across the supply chain network and ensuring the synchronization between physical network inventory and systematic inventory within the Ghost ERP system.


The Deets:


  • Perform all inventory transactions within NetSuite (ERP) to ensure that system inventory mimics the physical movement of materials between suppliers, warehouses and co-manufacturers
  • Work with finance to ensure a three way match between BOLs, inbound receipts and invoices
  • Work with suppliers, co-packers and the internal inventory audit team to coordinate monthly cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials
  • Work with supply chain partners to determine root cause of any inventory discrepancies
  • Track trends of adjustments to help determine average waste factors for all partners
  • Build out raw materials when required


The Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or equivalent, required.
  • 2+ years experience in inventory management / inventory control
  • Technical skills working with an ERP - NetSuite preferred
  • Computer and process aptitude; proficient with Excel and analyzing data/working with numbers across systems and spreadsheets
  • CPG raw material experience preferred
  • Strong critical thinking/analysis skills
  • Collaborative team skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
