Superintendent for Ground-Up Commercial Projects (San Antonio)


As a Superintendent specializing in ground-up commercial construction projects in San Antonio, you play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of ventures while maintaining a strong commitment to safety. With your expertise and OSHA 30 certification, you will lead construction teams to achieve project milestones and deliver exceptional results.


Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:

  • Take charge of the entire construction process from groundbreaking to project completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to establish project goals and execution plans.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage on-site teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, excellence, and safety.


2. Safety and Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols in alignment with OSHA regulations, utilizing your OSHA 30 certification to ensure a secure working environment.

3. Project Execution:

4. Communication:

5. Problem Solving:

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: A solid track record as a Superintendent with a focus on ground-up commercial projects, showcasing successful project completions.
  • OSHA 30 Certification: Possess a valid OSHA 30 certification, demonstrating a deep understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and inspire diverse on-site teams, promoting collaboration and high performance.
