Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is a private, non-profit, human service agency providing a variety of services throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. We're seeking a dynamic professional to deliver direct services, drive program excellence, and champion quality assurance across internal and external providers. This role blends compassionate care with strategic oversight-perfect for someone who thrives in both people-centered and data-driven environments.
