We're seeking a dynamic professional to deliver direct services, drive program excellence, and champion quality assurance across internal and external providers. This role blends compassionate care with strategic oversight-perfect for someone who thrives in both people-centered and data-driven environments. This is a Monday through Friday, first shift hybrid position.What You'll Do:Provide best practices and guidance to elevate program outcomesPrepare professional documentation, evaluations, and reportsBuild strong relationships with families, providers, and community partnersSupport budgeting, funding applications, and sustainability effortsLead quality assurance initiatives, develop policies, and analyze performance dataInterpret regulations and ensure compliance with DHS 36 standardsTrain and consult with service providers to ensure clean claims and high-quality documentationWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of professional experience in human services or quality assuranceStrong organizational, communication, and analytical skillsDeep understanding of social dynamics, health systems, and community resourcesValid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%Perks & Benefits:Hybrid work environment for flexibility and balanceMonday through Friday schedule-your weekends are yoursCompetitive compensation at $22-$24 per hourPublic Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility + navigation supportSummer Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
