We are looking for a OnSite Technical Representative to work in Washington DC supporting our client.

Clearance: Top Secret

Salary: $133000

Required Skills:

  • Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Must have a CompTIA Security Certification at time of hire or a scheduled test date within 30 days of hire
  • Complete CompTIA A or the MD100 Percipio Course (or equivalent certificate) 30 days after start
  • Must have 4 or more years experience with:

o Installing configuring and maintaining operating system workstations in support of business processing requirements

o Maintaining organizational inventory and physical accountability of IT equipment.

o Software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages

Preferred skills:

  • Familiarization with COMSPOT reporting process
  • Basic understanding of ECVOIP or other call management tools
  • Documenting solutions to known issues and willing to consult within a problem management team
  • Reporting on trends issues and projected outcomes regarding customer service and support
  • Comprehends and Informs user base of educated responses in network outages or degradations
  • Develops tier 0 implementations to enhance the network environment
  • Understanding of incident management and COMSPOT reporting
  • Ability to adapt in a fast pace and high demand environment
  • Flexibility to provide services during and outside of regular business hours if requested by Government Service Owners/Teams
  • Comprehension of service desk Tactical Training Processes (TTP) & Standard Process Models (SPM)
  • Develops and promotes standard operating procedures.
  • Conducts routine hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards policies and configuration guidelines.
  • Basic Understanding of DoD environment
  • Must be comfortable carrying up to 3550 lbs
  • Performing tier 1 troubleshooting at the physical layer
  • General knowledge on computer functions shortcuts and virtual environments

Essential Requirements: US Citizenship is required. TS with SCI eligibility.


Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation. While performing the duties of this job the employee will regularly sit walk stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person squatting/ stooping/kneeling reaching above the head and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand arm or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close distance depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist waist to shoulder or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.


Job Duties:
  • Schedules installations and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures
  • Imaging NIPR & SIPR devices to achieve optimum performance levels.
  • Ensures workstation data integrity by evaluating implementing and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions.
  • Develops and maintains a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentation.
  • Maintain a continuous monitoring effort for all incident and service request to ensure a continuous improvement environment for quality of service
  • Providing IT customer service & support
  • Maintaining access to NIPR SIPR workstations and all additional programs used to assist the N & NC users
  • Knowledge of DoD Mailbox provisioning using DOD Enterprise Provisioning Online (DEPO)
  • Administrative privileges and experience using Active Directory
  • Configuring imaging troubleshooting and utilizing Commercial Solution for Classified Solutions (CSFC) devices
