Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and innovative Graphic Design Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about graphic design and marketing, eager to contribute to real-world projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. As a Graphic Design Intern, you will work closely with our design and marketing teams, assisting in the creation of various digital and print materials. This a part-time internship with 20 hours dedicated per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with building email creatives within Klaviyo from provided design templates.
  • Help create assets for use on paid media channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Update website homepage banners on a regular schedule.
  • Modify product display pages as needed to ensure up-to-date content.
  • Support updates to our existing buyer’s catalog.
  • Assist in creating assets (e.g., flyers, banners, exhibition POS) for our Work and Safety Division.
  • Update seasonal email flows with guidance from the Lead Graphic Designer.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
  • Strong skills in 2D design and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and follow directions as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently when required.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Graphic Design and Marketing.
  • Presentation skills and experience with Google Slides/PowerPoint.

Optional Skills:

  • Copywriting experience is a plus.
