Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: 28K - 35K We are seeking a Service Desk Technician to become an integral part of our MSP team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting user problems, deploying new systems, and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Customer Focused: 1+ years multi-customer support experience required Comfortable exploring and documenting new customer environments Comfortable interacting directly with customers Responsibilities: Address Tier 1 Service Desk tickets Deploy new customer desktops and laptops Troubleshoot general user issues such as client software installations, password resets, printer/scanner issues, and Windows operating system problems Change management detail Maintaining integrity in accessing customer infrastructure Be willing team member to support MSP Division in other ways as necessary Be willing to take training to further skillset and undergo professional development Obtain new certifications Engineering Qualifications: 1+ years of hands-on user IT support experience A+ certification Position has full benefits including medical, dental, 401K, vision, supplemental insurance, and vacation.
