Desired Skills and Experience:


Under direction of a manager, enter invoices and resolve invoice issues with vendors and other internal departments in order to ensure payment in timely manner.

  • Streamline, standardize and document AP processes.
  • Process vendor invoices for payment and ensure that payment is made and received in a timely manner.
  • Review vendor statements for missed payments as needed.
  • Contact internal departments to resolve invoice problems as they arise; investigate discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders and contact appropriate department(s); contact warehouse to resolve invoice shortages or non-receipt.
  • Contact vendors to resolve invoices with discrepancies or obtain copies of invoices.
  • Reconcile travel expenses and corporate card, as assigned.
  • Processing of checks and ACH, as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Degree required.
  • At least 3 years Accounts Payable experience in high volume/complete transaction environment required.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SAPS4
