Job Description:

  • Internal Medicine candidates are preferred Family Medicine candidates looking to start working in 2025 are also encouraged to submit.
  • Located in the Great Lakes Bay Region. Current openings are located in Bay City, MI and Saginaw Township, MI. However, additional sites will be opening up for 2025 start (inquire at interview). Current locations have openings due to upcoming retiring physicians.

  • Provide direct primary medical care to all patients with the highest medical standards and ethics in a caring, nurturing atmosphere while keeping with Covenant HealthCare mission, vision, and values.

  • Many practice sites designated patient-centered medical homes, some with CPC+ status
  • Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends or holidays
  • Shared call arrangement with primary care colleagues (phone only)

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Covenant offers extremely competitive base compensation follow MGMA guidelines and are based on training/fellowship and experience (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations.

  • Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine (for 2024 start) or Family Medicine (for 2025 start)
