Home Healthcare Nurse for Pediatric Patients in Missouri

We are seeking a skilled Home Healthcare Nurse to provide quality care to pediatric patients in the Birch Tree, MO area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
About the RoleAs a Home Healthcare Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on pediatrics. You will work closely with our team to develop individualized plans of care that meet the unique needs of each patient.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric patients, preferably with conditions such as g-tube, trach, and ventilator use. You should also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with our team and communicate with patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Develop, review, and revise individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with physician's orders and client's payer source.
- Observe, record, and report changes in patient condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician.
- Provide ongoing instruction and supervision to clients, family members, or other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Monitor and document patient progress through electronic charting.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive, professional attitude.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible scheduling, weekly pay, referral bonuses, and tuition assistance.
