Overall Job Purpose:


Reporting to the IT PMO Manager, the IT Project Manager is responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of Servicenow projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.


Core Responsibilities:


Manage IT projects from conception to completion utilizing complete project management lifecycle. Ensure on-time, within budget and scope delivery. Define and agree on deliverables and milestones with Business and IT stakeholders. Responsible for the successful management of projects: Manage project life cycle from initiating through delivery and project closure; Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and project resources; Create, manage and track project documents including, but not limited to: project schedules, financials (budgets: estimates and actuals), detailed project plans, scope documents, work breakdown structures, cost estimates, resource plans, risk and issue logs and regular status reporting. Successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. Demonstrate technical project management skills, leadership skills, and strategic and business management skills. Manage multiple projects concurrently; Organize, conduct and attend meetings with project team and stakeholders to facilitate all levels of project planning to align with IT roadmap.


Hourly Range: 70-90/hr
