Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for specialized positions in healthcare, engineering, and architecture. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of recruitment expertise, industry knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills to support our growing organization.Key Responsibilities:Manage the recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewingPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.Proactively source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.Conduct detailed candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate records.Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for high-demand roles.Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to attract top talent.
