Customer Service RepresentativeJob Category: AdministrativeWhat You'll Do:Educate and Inform: Guide patients, families, and healthcare professionals through hospice care options and Samaritan's available services and programs.Customer Service: Provide superior customer service and compassionate support via phone and email.Client Coordination: Handle new patient intakes, coordinate services, and resolve scheduling needs or emergent issues in collaboration with clinical and administrative staff.Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with referral sources, payors, community organizations, and internal teams to ensure seamless care delivery.Administrative Support: Manage backend workflow tasks and maintain accurate documentation using EMR and other systems.
