Customer Service RepresentativePrecision Door Service, located in Brick, NJ is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative. Precision Door has been franchising since 1999 and is now America's leading Garage Door Repair company. You will work with smart and reliable supervisors and co-workers. At Precision, our franchise owners want you to start a career. They invest in their employees, and are looking for career-oriented, permanent employees. As a CSR, you will act as a liaison, provide product and services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesManage large amounts of incoming callsSchedule service calls for customers and route technicians in an efficient mannerIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternativesFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesGreet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for callingAdvise on company informationResolve customer complaints via phone or emailQualificationsProven customer support experienceStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to pass a drug screening and a background checkKnowledge of Monmouth, Ocean, Burlington, Mercer and Middlesex counties are helpful but not requiredHours/ScheduleMonday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm Saturday 8:00am-4:00 pm Benefits: Medical Paid Time Off 401KCompensation: $17.00 per hourOur MissionTo provide outstanding garage door repair service, complete customer satisfaction and a program that rewards excellence from our franchisees, technicians and staff.Our VisionTo establish Precision Door Service as the public standard and national household name in garage door repair service.
