What’s the work schedule?

Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30

40 per week plus occasional overtime


What’s the job?

As a Customer Service Representative for Chroma Color, you will manage customer accounts and orders, providing excellent service, follow-up, and communication throughout the process from order intake through product delivery. Many customers rely on us for customized solutions, so your accurate and timely responses make the difference in gaining and retaining excellent customer relationships. Expect to join a busy, fast-paced team where you will handle significant responsibility providing high-touch, highly professional attention to customer accounts via email and phone.


You will succeed if:

*You are highly detail-oriented and dedicated. *You have 3-5 years experience with order entry and handling customer accounts in the manufacturing industry. *You're looking for a company to make your home. *You learn quickly and are agile on a computer. *You enthusiastically answer product knowledge requests, provide quotes, and receive and process both simple and complex orders in our CRM system. *You know how to advocate for the customer's needs, seeking creative solutions to get them the right product, on time, every time. *You collaborate with R&D, Quality, Production, and Shipping & Receiving to monitor the progress of order fulfillment. *You own the communication process to address questions and changes with the customer.
