Overview

STONE Resource Group is partnered with a leading company in the FinTech Industry that is looking to add a Sr. Network Engineer to their team. Project Overview/Impact on the Organization

  • This person will be the middle layer between several different network teams. They will be responsible for implementing infrastructure and building out automation practices from scratch (Using Python primarily)


Must-Have Skillsets

  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting Web Application Firewalls (WAF), deploying new rules and troubleshooting an existing policy set
  • Experience with Content Delivery Networks (CDN).
  • Migrating applications from scratch, or troubleshooting issues with existing applications routed through a CDN
  • Experience with x509 SSL certificates and code signing certificates
  • Experience configuring network load balancer virtual servers, pools, rules, etc.
  • Strong knowledge and experience using Python
  • Experience using Restful APIs


Nice to Have Skillsets

  • Experience working with Cloudflare or Akamai CDN’s
  • F5, Checkpoint, or Palo Alto advanced certification
