Customer Marketing ManagerThis role is based in Franklin, TN with regular in-office collaboration expected. Flexibility is a key enabler, empowering associates to make choices that support both business outcomes and personal needs, including occasional remote work.The Customer Marketing Manager drives overall growth, profitability, and multi-year strategy of a specific brand through leading the end-to-end business management and collaboration between marketing, customer management, and cross-functional team.What are we looking for?Bachelor's Degree5+ years of sales/category/analytics/marketing experience within CPG industryHQ Account Manager experience preferredDemonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships with retail customers, account team, and internal business stakeholdersStrong analytic skills and ability to distill complex data into simple storiesWhat would be your key responsibilities?Critical link between Customer / Brand for Field Sales Team, bringing the Customer Development feedback back to the internal stakeholdersKey partner for assigned Brand Marketing team to identify and drive execution behind share growth opportunities.Internal customer development lead for assigned brands for internal planning processes including providing updates to various key stakeholdersCustomization of category/brand toolkits to support category shopper dynamics and growth opportunities.Partner with marketing to develop compelling Brand & New Item selling stories for their assigned brands that tie back into overarching Petcare category & organization objectives.Responsibility of shepherding and providing sales perspective on innovation/renovation projects inclusive of compiling AB/ER SOP and providing Field perspective/feedback from charter gate to implementationAttends and represents portfolio/brand presentations with strategic and developmental accountsSales Representation in Brand ForumWhat can you expect from Mars?Work with over 140,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles.Join a purpose driven company, where we are striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.Mars does not sponsor visas for this role.
