Qc ManagerWe are seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead and enhance QC processes while overseeing daily laboratory operations in a contract manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Manage and improve QC procedures and laboratory oversight.Serve as backup support for lab operations.Ensure compliance with cGMP/cGLP standards and SOPs.Collaborate with auditors, including client, third-party, FDA, federal, and state.Apply analytical expertise in laboratory testing.Communicate effectively with clients, auditors, and internal teams.Essential Skills:Quality ControlQuality AssurancecGMPcGLPQMSSOPAuditsFDAAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5 years QC and analytical lab management experienceStrong critical thinking and communication skills (oral & written)Experience in cGMP/cGLP environments requiredPersonal Care industry experience preferred, not requiredWork Environment:This position involves working in a dynamic contract manufacturing environment where adherence to cGMP and cGLP standards is essential. Expect collaboration with various auditors and internal teams, requiring effective communication and strong analytical skills.Job Type & Location:This is a Permanent position based out of Deerfield Beach, FL.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
