Kinsa is recruiting for an: EHS Manager

Location: Onsite in Madison, Wisconsin


Our client is a manufacturer of packaging products for the food, consumer goods and medical devices industries with an opportunity for an EHS Manager to join their team in Madison, WI. You will oversee multi-plant locations managing the safety, health and environmental programs to maintain compliance at all locations. You will report to the VP of Human Resources and Safety.


*** 5+ EHS experience in a managerial role in a manufacturing facility ***


Compensation/Benefits:

• Base salary target $100K plus profit sharing

• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance

• 401K with match

• PTO/Holiday/Vacation

• Relocation package within the U.S.


Key Responsibilities in this role:

• You will monitor, develop, implement, and maintain environmental compliance in accordance with all applicable environmental agencies

• Manage all safety programs and training to ensure compliance guidelines are met

• You will conduct annual site assessments for each location, creating an action plan to correct any non-compliance or safety concerns

• Prepare annual safety, health, environmental and security budgets

• Investigate, document, and identify corrective actions for all work-related incidents and safety concerns


Education & Experience Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Risk Management or related field

• 5+ years of work experience in a safety related field in a manufacturing environment
