This position is responsible for directing andproviding EHS programs, oversees the development and implementation ofbehavior-based safety practices; audits functions for EHS procedureimplementation; ensures compliance with federal, state, and localregulatory requirements; and conducts root-cause analysis of EHSincidents. Living our core values and adhering to our leadershipexpectations, this individual must work cross functionally to overseeand coordinate EHS efforts that align with business objectives.Essential Duties include but are not limited to the following: Providecomprehensive administrative and organizational support for the entireEHS program. Promote, develop, establish, and maintain associated EHSpolicies and procedures, and provide training as necessary for allemployees, visitors, and onsite service providers. Provide necessary EHSinformation and data to management and related internal and externalstakeholders to mitigate EHS risks, continuously improve EHS programs,achieve EHS objectives, and improve EHS culture. Direct and lead thecompany\'s EHS audit program to measure site compliance with applicableinternal and external standards to identify EHS risk, define proactivemitigations, and develop associated corrective and preventative actionplans.
