Restoration 1 is seeking a highly organized and responsible Administrative Assistant to oversee our administrative operations. On a daily basis, you will organize files, review bills and accounts payable, answer calls and respond to client questions, schedule appointments, and process payroll. You will also ensure office supplies are stocked, ordering more when necessary. Your primary goal is to keep our front office running smoothly. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of administrative assistant or customer service roles and will have a natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines as well as surprises.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answering phones and providing excellent customer service. 
  • Coordinating schedules with managers and team members. 
  • Collaborating with insurance carriers and customers to manage payment statuses. 
  • Manage scheduling and payroll.
  • Organize and inventory office supplies and order more when needed.
  • Ensure that invoices are paid on time by collaborating with insurance carriers and customers.
  • Assist in planning in-house or off-site activities such as conferences and celebrations.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.  
  • Proficient computer skills, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assertiveness and the ability to confidently handle multiple tasks at once 
  • Experience in an administrative, customer service, or other related role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
